My Official £50-£46,000 betting challenge

I've been doing it for around 4 weeks. To be honest i deviated from the initial plan once i hit around £100 and now i tend to put a couple hundred on at a time to avoid risking it all.
I've also had the odd fairly risky bet such as City to keep a clean sheet against Blackburn which was 2/1.

Tend to find this was that if i have a very good day i can generally double my total stake putting on between 10-15 bets a day.

Haven't got a spreadsheet but i can try and make one using my betting history on Betfair if you're interested :)

EDIT: To say that my plan is to take out around £700 to pay off a credit card of my wifes from a holiday we took last year and that'll leave me around £300 to continue betting with. If i lose it all i'll start again with £20 as its been good fun.

I had my first loss this morning. Put a tenner in last week and managed to get it up to £113 today. Figured I'd put the £13 on under 3.5 goals in the China Jordan game this morning with China 1-0 up. It ended 3-1! I usually don't go for risky 3.5 goals and this has taught me a lesson to stick to the rules! God job I didn't bet the full amount!

I find bets at HT <4.5-7.5 goals the best (except for the Newcastle v Fulham game a couple of months back).

Here is a spread sheet someone provided earlier in the thread.

One bit of advice i'd certainly give is to monitor the odds and cash out if it looks like things could start to turn, especially if you're currently in profit.

I had one last night where i bet on something around 1.6, it was all going well for the next 30 minutes which would've given me a tidy profit (as odds had changed in my favour) if i cashed out but i left it and things changed and i made a pretty big loss!

Anyone have a referral link for me?

Signed up to Sky Bet and deposited my £10. Used the Vegas offer and doubled the free £10. withdrew my original £10 so I'm now on free money.

Betfair next stop.

Nooooooooooooooooooooo, need to learn to trust my instincts more. Had £200 on Swedens womens to win at 1.76 to win £152

Was 0-0 for about 83 minutes so i thought i'd cut my losses and cash out at 80 loss. They scored in the 86th minute so i've effectively lost £80 + Potential profit of £152 :(
