Nandos - Who has been?

Been twice, once years ago and it was pretty good, chicken was nice. Went again towards the end of last year and it was pretty rubbish in deed. Chicken wasnt great and tps ides where cold and rubbish.
The quality of the chicken has taken a nose dive and it's really ain't Roth the money. It's now firmly in my fast food list along with McDonald's, burger king and the rest. In my maybe once a year bracket when you need something then and there. Rather Goto GBK, or one of the other places, pub or chippy.

Sorry but it made me laugh. :D:p

I've been a few times and guess most people here have as well. It's nice but at the end of the day its just...... chicken and chips :p
Been once or twice. And yeah it is just chicken and chips. :p But with some nice sauces. :)

Been going for years (long before they had branches all over the place). Went to the Bayswater one back in the days and have been to loads of other branches since. I'd go for Nandos over a Maccy Ds or BK any day (considering their [McD/BK] prices been increasing a lot).
True, would rather eat in a Nando's than a McDonald's or Burger King.

I have never been, I used to play for an American football team and all the DL used to go there every week. I would go but there are closer places for a meal out or chicken in general.

One on every high street now and i still haven't been. I love chicken but its not something i would pick to eat in a restaurant. Kinda rules out visiting there? :)

Is it a decent price ? I quite liek the sound of the piri piri stuff !

Never been.

There's also a 30/60 min waiting time to get a seat and looking at the menu it's a complete rip off what for is essentially just chicken and chips. I'd rather go to KFC and save myself a tenner per person or even head to a decent restaurant that has similar prices but decent food without the long wait.

Been once, wouldn't go back. It's very expensive, not very tasty, busy, full of bloody children and just very meh.

It's fast food, that is pretending to be a proper restaurant. I'll just go to a supermarket, pick up one of the pre cooked chickens from there for a few quid and eat that at home. Save myself loads!

Read this, I want KFC now

Couldn't of put this any better ;)

I've been a few times, taken by friends riding a crest of hype and been pretty unimpressed. Expensive, slow, food not really any better than I could do myself.

KFC is a much better choice.

It is fast food, and I don't think it should be classed as anything else... however, it's not that fast, as you often have to wait for a table! :p

I'd rather have this over a KFC or McD's (in fact I haven't been to either for as long as I can remember). Sure it's a little more expensive, but it is reasonably tasty (and the fact I hate KFC and McD's :p), and if you are limited for choice, I'd rather have a nandos than a floppy sandwich from somewhere else. :)

It's also a relatively easy no fuss environment to eat.
