NBA 14/15 Season

As a Mavs fan myself, watching Rondo last night, looked like Rick gave Rondo a lot more decision / play making on the floor last night and he looked so much better for it. Will be interesting to see how they can take that forward into the playoffs (hopefully as the west is stacked)

Still no where near what he was, I hope he gets his mental toughness back, he seems too easily frustrated and goes silent which is understandable after big injuries but its nice to see his steals going back up but hes still playing way to conservative imo. He's a triple double machine and hes not managed on since december and hasnt even come close to one while at the Mavs.

The one thing on his side right now though is that stats dont really tell the whole story, hes unlikely to pull out the 10 + assists a game at the Mavs as they space the floor and cut very different to the Celtics so his assists will look lower than they really are but if he can keep his steals up then his value will go way up.

Heat getting a bit of a roll going in their push for a playoff berth, such a shame about Bosh but would be great to see us make play offs. In reality it's a good team with Dragic, Wade, Whiteside, Deng, Bosh. Add some solid rotation in there and they are a lock for the playoffs. Cavs should walk it though they keep getting better and have real depth, smith showing the player he has had the potential to be which is nice.

If you get the chance watch last nights highlights, lulz at Petkibs trying to get sexy wit the skills :D and the Otto Porter Shaqtin is priceless :D

Looks like the Heat will make the playoffs but we'll probably get the Cavs and Bron will destroy us :p

All said and done we are in abetted place than I expected though a lot depends on Whiteside/Dragic signing then a decent FA addition or two.

Wouldn't be too sure about that. All it takes is for Boston and Brooklyn to win and the Heat to lose then they're out of the playoff picture unless results go their way.

Still plenty of games left to play. Pacers, Hornets and Celtics are all still well in the race for 7 and 8.

Nets still have Raps, Hawks, Portland, Hawks, Clippers, Bucks, Bulls and Magic

Heat still have Pistons, Pacers, Hornets, Bulls, Raps, Magic and Philly

Celtics still have Bucks, Raps, Pistons, Cavs, Cavs, Raps and Bucks

Hornets still have Pacers, Philly, Heat, Raps, Hawks, Pistons, Rockets and Raps

Pacers still have Hornets, Heat, Knicks, Pistons, Thunder, Clippers and Grizz

should be fun to watch, imo the Pacers have the best fixtures, they have the Clips and Grizz right at the end when they will most likely give the benches a big run out.

I run a fantasy league on espn with 7 of my close friends. First year was abit of a learning curve but after that you are good to go. Would be cool to get a OCUK on going with a lot more people. Although I don't think the draft would be as easy as it is with 8 people!

I don't really know much about basketball, used to like it as a kid

I'm in New York this weekend though so go myself tickets to see Nets vs Bulls on Monday night, really looking forward to it!
