NEARLY 2 YEARS WAITING: New Mustang GT PP is finally mine!

Have you thought about removing the rear plate too? Seems a bit pointless to only have one plate.

Without the front plate it reminds me of cars where people have removed grilles and replaced them with mesh.

Except removing the rear plate makes it a lot more likely he'll get pulled so it's quite a daft idea really/

I really wished they changed the laws about having front plates here. They're pointless and cars look so much better without them!

It isn't really, but then I used to do it too so I probably have a different take on it than you. :)

It"s a legal requirement, I'm surprised you have that attitude...

Front plates aren't pointless as we have front facing Truvelo cameras - not that I like them or want anyone to get caught by them. Just confused as it's quite clearly daft!

Anyway, I've made my comments, the facts are the facts, I'll say no more.

Truvelo cameras don't catch motorbikes that have no front plate so that point is moot.

What attitude? It's not a big deal not having a front number plate - it's not as if I'm driving with a mobile phone glued to my ear. Front numberplates are a daft requirement when the rear plate is more than good enough IMO.

So what if the facts are facts... the fact is that the car looks better without the front plate. So facts are facts ;)

An opinion is not a fact. Would it pass an MOT?

Brining motorbikes into the equation is actually a moot point - the Mustang is a car...

So what? What's the legality got to do with the looks of the car? Besides I thought you said you'd say no more? ;)

Of course it is not legal, but so what? It looks awesome without the plate (as do most cars).

You made the point about Truvelo cameras which is irrelevant too... ;)

Why does this bother you so much?

I replied because you're stating opinons as facts. And you also can't see how a Truvelo is not a moot point when talking about front number plates. That's showing pretty poor discussion skills (which bothers me more than the missing plate) so I''ll bow out, enjoy the rest of your weekend :)

Fair enough, enjoy your weekend too :)

First red one I've seen in the UK. Not sure it works as well as the darker more 'sophisticated' colours.

That's kind of a fiat 500 sort of red though :p

In standard form, these cars don't really look that nice to me, but just a few mods to make them look mean and they're awesome :D

Just checked it out and it's an Ecoboost! :eek:

And an auto!

Red with custom pack = fail
2.3l = fail
auto = fail

The most un-wanted spec! :D

Red without custom pack so black wheels, no chrome does look pretty good but for me best colours are:

Magnetic
Black
Triple yellow
Deep impact blue
Competition organge
Ingot silver

Race red, ruby red, white and guard I am not much for. :)
