Oh god no, I don't know how you are doing it, I think video evidence is required

People can hardly play with a 360 controller never mind a keyboard!

Is it a G25 / G27 you have richard ?

I've always wanted a clutch + shifter for sim racing, but my trusty DFP will have to do for the moment.

Its a G25 fella, had it years wouldn't be without it..

I have looked at the G27 but there doesn't seem enough improvement to warrant upgrading. To be honest its a little downgrade to me as the G27 doesn't have a sequential shifter now as far as i know.

i think the laptime was a 41:671 which is slightly slower than my autolog speed wall lap but still

lol i meant you can probably tell im using a keyboard seriouslty watch the vid when i link it the engine notes and how hard i turn into corners should be a dead give away

I'm actually gonna be really disappointed that this game is playable with a keyboard because it just shouldn't be if the physics were any good!

Why is antialiasing in this game so ugly and demanding? I get 60+fps without it (maxed otherwise), and much less with it (and it does not look much greater). Are you guys using AA in this game?

Otherwise liking it, helmet cam is awesome and game plays well on x360pad.

I've read that the G25 is the better choice. 2nd hand ones always seem to sell for a small fortune.

I use Max AA in game, can't remember if thats 16 or 32 but it looks great & I get 45fps min at standard clock on gpu and then 60fps which is v-sync limited when the gpu is overclocked. I can make it look a little nicer using custom AA setting from Nvidia control panel but performance drop isn't worth it.

Yeah, I have been on the look out for a shifter as my push down reverese broke ages ago, its not really an issue most of the time though.

They are like rocking horse poo! Its a shame logitech don't do spare parts!

im forcing 2x via nvidia inspector and it looks miles better than the "high" ingame aa.

Couldn't tell you if autolog is down, I'm not home

Not to have a go at you or anything but I am a little disheartened that autolog doesn't separate out lap times into category's or summat or at least say what aids people are using on that particular time. If that makes sense.

you should still easily be able to beat that time with a wheel, autolog is full of cheater laptimes anyway i guess people are using a trainer to freeze the lap timer

Yeah I know (hopefully), sometimes hard to compete with ABS and TC though, specially on tight tracks with powerfull cars.

Yeah I have seen those times. I don't get people doing that, there is no point. They are not even half believable lap times. I hope they can fix that and remove the times.

Yeah I know, I just can't bring myself to do it. It like it to be the hardest it can possibly be, especially in a game like this that has a slightly arcade underbelly so to speak. I'm Sim at heart!

Not even got that car yet either? lol
