....makes me wonder why EA released this game when it was not ready ... or they've taking a huge wad of cash from NVidia.......
.....guess i'll just have to wait for the patch ....
Do you mind telling me what sensitivity etc settings you have for your wheel etc.. I just end up drifting around every corner
Just to say I have no problems and am using the same drivers for my 285.
Well ive got mine set at a playable rate now, on a single 4850,(not tried this setup in crossfire yet) min in game is around 20fps, highest in game 30's fps, but seems playable now, it seems the more options turned off in options/gameplay/driving and changing control settings seems to help the frame rate to some extent.
if i turn on AA my game crashes when loading
so have 2 resort 2 lower graphics![]()
9800gtx+ using latest nvidia drivers 190.62
You really find that framerate playable?
The system requirements do seem excessive, in light of how well GRID runs. GRID is much better coded I presume.

GRIS doesn't look half as realistic as Shift.
Are you running it in Vista/Windows 7 and it looks different to what it does under XP? Because to my eyes GRID looks far more realistic.
You have that track nailed, I'm impressed!![]()
