Alternatively, you can get to the BIOS and then stick in the drive - your choice (presuming you haven't got boot from USB).

You need to get to the EZ Flash 2 utility

Select 'Advanced Mode' and select the 'Tool' menu and select' Asus EZ Flash Utility' - by pressing Enter.

(Are you ok using the arrow keys, tab etc?)

Yep, select the drive field and the then the file.
