Netflix is now in the UK

Got the free trial last night ended up just watching The Thick of It all night even though I have seen it many times.

Dunno if it would be worth the fee every month.

Thought I'd sign up to it for the hell of it and now I'm engrossed in Prison Break. Looks like I'll be paying for it too, I also want to watch 24 and Breaking Bad and Prison Break is 57 hours as it is :p.

Netflix first original series is out(US site) and unlike normall TV series, they've released 8episodes all at once. It's cost them 100million 2series 25episodes guaranteed.
Not sure it's my type of thing, will watch it though. Needless to say I hope it goes well and Netflix expands massively.
Be nice if they could pick up firefly and SGU, as well as new series. But hey ho, futures looking brighter anyway and the start of true Internet tv has arrived.

Anyone having problems with Netflix via ATV2? Get the error message "Apple TV cannot connect to the server at this time". Both UK and US settings. Working fine on the PC.

Signed up last night, and will probably keep it (£12 cash back via TCB).

Just remember to log in to your account (on a PC browser) and turn the quality settings up to max, assuming you have a fast enough connection and no data limits. Uses approx 1GB an hour for SD, 2.3GB for HD :)

I also like how the iPhone and iPad app syncs so I can finish watching something on another device in one click. Great.

How many people are using Unblock-Us website for the US Netflix? Worth it? Just trying the trial of Unblock-Us now.

I trid the android app today down the gym and it works great, it's seriously going to limit boredom levels during cardio sessions. Uses a few hundred megabytes per hour which will make my 3gb per month mobile limit come in handy.
