Does your DHL say "Your parcel is due to be delivered on Thursday 03rd December 2020"?
The history message says "10:12 Your parcel *** is out for delivery" so am I expecting to get my parcel today or tomorrow?
Mine is still at the depot, pretty much given up on it arriving today based on past experience with our local DHL
Mine dispatched last night with UPS and tracking showed delivery for tomorrow. My fiancée messaged me saying it has just arrived. Roll on home time. This is the AW2721D btw.
Will know in about 6 hours if I've won the lottery or not. Though this is one area that Dell excels in. Advance exchanges for just 1 pixel defect is top tier warranty.

mines the same says thursday but right now its out for delivery who knows whats really going on
It's only for 1 bright pixel remember, if its dark pixels then it need to be 6 or more.
With my S2719DGF which is covered by the same policy I was able to get it replaced for 1 dead pixel though I was careful with my wording when explaining the issue to the advisor. Honestly though at the price of these I find any defects when new reason enough to return. Gaming monitors biggest shortcoming is QC and some I've had have been terrible.
Yeah I think if you word it right then they aren't going to argue too much, just that the "official" warranty is 1 bright or 6 dark pixels. And yeah they do charge a premium and people are attracted to the warranty so it makes sense for them to not quibble too much unless someone is clearly taking the you know what.

Mine is delayed until tomorrow but then I do live in the sticks
Spoke to DHL, definitely not coming today, have rearranged for tomorrow.
Customer service rep was pretty good to be fair, confirmed it had been security scanned at the depot in the last 30 mins, so hasn't been loaded on a van without being scanned or vanished into thin air. Still infuriating though, I have these kinds of problems with DHL every single time.

Update - My 27 has just been delivered, even though UPS still shows tomorrow
Will unpack and set it up later, fingers crossed for a good sample!
