New Belinea 22" is coming!!!

Hi there

Super news!! :D :D

Belinea have had their stock come earlier than expected, gotta be impressed by German efficiancy! :)

We have taken all the stock available and as long as couriers do their job the stock will be arriving on Monday. :D

Looking again it seems the link one may not have speakers !!! Can you get one without speakers, cheaper again maybe?

Gibbo, which is the correct picture of the monitor. The one shown on your site or the one on the link above?

HI there

Well the one on our website was sent to us by Belinea so I'd hope they have sent the correct image.

For a manufacturer they preferre to add speakers as it makes their monitor appeal to a wider audience. For those asking for a cheaper model without speakers, come on get a grip. It don't get cheaper than this and for those who are not in the know the cost of adding speakers to a monitor thats produced in such large quantities is something like $2-$5 so it would not actually make any difference in price at all.

Point taken Gibbo. But the monitor without speakers does look a lot more classy (if that is the word) then the one with.

I am really tempted to get one of these to replace my sammy 913N as a christmas pressie. 5ms respone time faster than the 8ms i'm used to, extra 3" size. Most importantly a VERY nice price for such a big screen :)

Only things i'm worried about are the extra res (new GPU time maybe) and if there will be some left by the time i come to order! Any idea if there will be abother batch if they run out?

Thanks

Hi there

If your current GPU can power 1280x1024 fine, then 1440x900 is gonna hardly change anything really. :)

Only problem is this monitor is 1680 x 1050 so i guess will require a bit more GPU power?

Other thing is i'd just like to check the monitor have VESA mountings at the back and the stand has a tilt function.

For sandmaster and us running older GFx cards, surely this will run at the setting below native without looking a mess ?
then bump it up to native when we can afford to upgrade GPUs, thats what I did with my first LCD for games, it was fine.
