Hi,

Caseking have not had stock at all. They are expecting a delivery today. It was supposed to be last week but some German airlines decided to go on strike causing a extra few days delay. Once they arrive with Caseking they will be expressed out to us within 2 days.

They are expected at Caseking today.

Ah my bad! Thanks for the update.
 
We do not have good news as I have just seen that Caseking have changed the ETA to 5th April. So sorry guys I will find out why when the product manager returns on Monday.
 
I'm afraid I am going to have to cancel my order as the uncertaininty around due date is too much for me to bear. I will use a different product instead, which is a shame as I would have liked to support der8auer.
 
Hi,

I understand with the date changing twice already. Well if you are unable to get a different one then we still have them available so it is not a problem.
 
Went with a Rockit88. Had to order from America and cost more than the delid-die-mate 2 but at least I know it's on its way.

Also just heard about this.

Robbie, make sure to pass on my disgust at a date slipping this much without more notice. I find it very hard to believe on the DAY before it should be on its way to me for it "oh yeah sorry it be another 3 weeks"
That's just poor communication.

Also your email didn't say the 5th ... it says the 7th.

Not a happy bunny.

So far I've seen a whopping total of zero land with us :(

Completely understand if you want to go elsewhere for a different tool, all we can do is wait at this point sadly.
 
I'm going to keep waiting. My temps are fine at the moment, so don't mind holding off tinkering for a little longer.
 
Well if people keep cancelling and buying the Rockit88, would it not make sense for OCUK to get hold of some?
