New essential Android apps thread

What do people think of Inbox then? I like the design, but I probably wont use the bundles thing. The search feature is so good on Gmail that I've never needed to file away things into folders/bundles.

cant say i really like it that much. the standard gmail app works fine for my needs. im gunna give it a week of use before i decide if i want to keep it or not (i would assume they would phase out the standard gmail app though)

Yeah, not really a fan myself. Don't like 'Done', I want to archive or I want rid...

Like the snooze element and it looks pretty, but at the expense of functionality to me.

Seen as I was given £10 from Amazon, I thought I'd install 'Fleksey' to see if it's all it's cracked up to be!!

I'm not one for 'buying' apps! :D

still got £7.50ish left!...

I decided to jump on that as well seeing as it was dirt cheap at the moment.

Gotta say, its one of the best keyboards i have used in a while. (purely for speed and accuracy).

Granted its very basic, but heck.... i dont need a keyboard to be over complicated.

Absolutley loving it. How you find ing it so far?

I can't seem to turn off text message previews in the notification bar on my Z3. Is it a different messager app I need?

it's taking some getting used to but i'm liking it enough to stick with it. i'd happily stick with swiftkey as it's great with the one thing letting it down and that's the inability to remove or shrink the bloody delete key. too often i hit it when i want the M key and it really messes up my conversations

Got to be honest, I've never known someone wanting to do that. Yes, I would expect there is an app out there that removes the 'rich notification' element, but I'm afraid I don't stray away from Hangouts, so don't know what it would be...

damn it - totally forgot about my amazon credits, got about £12 worth left and never use them :(

Fleksey is pretty nice, still getting used to the swipe up/down for autocomplete choices but generally seems pretty quick & accurate :)

Just downloaded sleep cycle had heard about it here but also heard lots of good stuff else where. Only 99p and I used Google Play Credit, will test it tonight.

I'm using the Google Keyboard with the xposed module 'Flat Style Keyboard'. Then chose some colours from the Material Design colour palette here :)
