I've read they were down for maintainance/upgrades before the Super Bowl but clearly didn't adequately replace them in the meantime. Government foresight at its best.I'm guessing COVID wasn't great for that guy.

The German attacker was anti-fundimentalism, he would certainly not have supported ISISIt all seems coordinated. He had a similar setup to the German terrorist.
I think people underestimate how many people endorse the ideology.
