Well I've just received an email to say goods have been packed ready for shipping, after I've ordered the 2 items that were out of stock elsewhere and paid postage! Doh!
What happened to getting a confirmation email first?
 
I wanted a wireless headset with a microphone, no way to filter it down to being "wireless" and with "microphone" or either of the two.

Goes with the theme that there needs to be more filtering options.

It was a crazy decision by whoever at CaseKing made it. "Your website is plain and very easy to use. Scrap it immediately!"

If they start to see sales declining they'll probably blame it on something else tho. We all know how management types think ;) Take credit for success, blame everyone else for failure :p
 
Ordered on Thursday 17th for delivery on Friday 18th and nothing happened overnight, cancelled the order on Friday 18th and bought from somewhere else, just got an email on Tuesday 22nd saying thanks for my order.. think the internet tubes are backed up.
 
I ordered an AK Racing Octane Gaming Chair on Thursday and they tried to deliver it yesterday at 9am.
Me being out of bed at 9am on my first days off in months was never going to happen.
Will make sure I'm up tomorrow though for the re-delivery :)
 
Why is 'This Week Only' showing stuff which isn't on offer? It's even showing stuff which was on 'This Week Only' last week at it's original (i.e. un-reduced) price (e.g. Antec PSU £59.99 which was on offer at £49.99 last week).
 
No matter what browser i use. I cannot check out and pay with my card. And half the time it won't even take me to PayPal. It makes it real hard not to buy from else where.

Doesn't help that I'm too poor to be buying PC bits at the moment!

I've just bought something for the first time in years. I definitely don't like the new site. My eyesight isn't the greatest now and it just felt a bit clumsy and awkward to use, given the colour theme.
 
Can somebody explain to me where I find Windows/Office products via the home page? :confused: :confused: :confused:

There is no software tab, and no sub category of any of the other tabs lists software.

If you search for e.g. Windows 10, you get search results including OEM software, but if you want to compare all the different Windows options, it doesn't seem possible from the home page.

EDIT: I found it in the PC Systems tab :confused: :confused: :confused: Antivirus and office products aren't just bought with PC systems. Another ridiculous decision by the site devs.
