New Site Feedback

The menus are all over the place... Down the left, at the very top, two rows above the banners, a row below the banners, on the right in the account setting page. There are four menus at the very bottom of the page!! There are even tabs within the main content too.

It is not clear where to look initially, its just a bit too cluttered, there is no one place which draws the eye.

I do like some aspects, but in general it is too cluttered with menus for the sake of menus and filling empty space for the sake of filling empty space.

I've got a weird one. My billing address is mostly correct except it says Portsmouth, Berkshire in it. Thinking I must have made a typo (I live in Portsmouth but work in Bracknell in Berkshire) I went to edit the address but it does actually show as Hampshire in there. Clicking 'Change' to update results in a 'Saved successfully' prompt but it still lists as Berkshire. Indeed, changing it to anything else and saving the changes still leaves it saying Berkshire on the main account page. I've since discovered that changing the county on my delivery address to 'test' will change the county on both my billing and delivery addresses.

My default delivery address is set to my work address. If I choose 'Other' for a delivery address it lists my work address and two previous work addresses but I can't delete them. Annoyingly I don't get the option of my home address for delivery either. I realise I can just edit the delivery address but I'd expect to see a home address option. Should that be there? How can I delete the old addresses?

why don't you show exVAT prices anymore? Not that you'll really care as it was no benefit to yourselves unless i ordered from you.... but i used to use your website as one of my comparisons for component prices for work but now everything is incvat only :/

It's like going backward 5 years, it feels cluttered and confused the same way half your competitors did in 2010.

It may have brought improvement to CaseKing but if there was a crap site there before, rather than the fairly functional (if slightly tired looking) old OCUK it's not really a relevant comparison.

Can only imagine this slowing growth as it currently looks.

I open it and immediately get a feeling of 'Oh this will be hard work' - not an ideal attitude for potential customers to form at first glance when competition will be easier to use.

Just loaded the page again and for some reason my basket read as £359 in it... I have nothing in my basket. Hopefully just a quick bug that'll fix itself.

Tell you something - if this page stays its pointless searching for components for friends and family from mobile - would chew through my 2gb in no time! It's a needlessly large page load.

Old site was simple but perfect imo, really usable. New one looks better but really poor to navigate!!

Old site just needed a spruce up imo, this feels like a bit of a mess to use :(
