New Site Feedback

Come on OC get this sorted please Still NO free delivery and the only shipping option I get is DPD 2 day or collection no DPD next day, Is this a postcode related issue for us across the border?

Not read the whole thread but one complaint I had on the old website that I was told would be fixed on the new one is being able to filter cases by what size motherboard they take.

I've been after an ATX cube case for ages but yet to see one I'm willing to buy (waiting for proper usb type c on them now), so while it is great you've now separated out cube cases, there is no way to filter to just view ones that take a full ATX mobo from all the mATX etc.

I'll look at implementing this in due course.

I've replied to your customer service thread. - We're working on the free shipping option for our forum members.

Personally I like the new site, I remember when I visited Caseking and asked myself why OCUK was not like that.

Now it is, but is very cluttered. :(
A bit of a polish, and de-cluttering it would be great again. :)

Yesterday some people were saying that they couldn't link their forum accounts for free shipping. Is that working ok?

The FREE shipping table was copied from old website to new just before launch. If you have any issue, please let us know and we will check the shipping table.

it is too busy I agree and it's hard to find what you need! I'd hire a UX specialist and re-do it big time! :) right now it's too complex with too much going and your eyes end up flying all over the place and you just give up, searching for things is fine IF you know what you're looking for but I just want to easily browse for things and find the ones I want.

As others have said, it's ridiculously busy. All in all the design is terrible unless you're attempting to appeal to teenage boys... but given it's a website about computer parts, perhaps that's what you were going for.

As Grudas said, I'd go out and hire someone with a proven record in ux/ui design. Even with my terrible design skills I could do a better job.

Lingy - The 'Clearance' section is missing a lot of sub-sections, will these be added in due course (I realise not everything can be done at once).

I love a good browse around clearance now and again :D
