the demo will make or break the game, the developers must have great faith to release such a highly rated/previewed game so early. I too am abit worried on the how handling issue with past Test Drive games, no doubt it will look,play nice but it MUST be good to drive also with no laggy controls

Started downloading and it went straight to 6%, not moved any further for the past 10 minutes.

Maybe best to get this in the morning.

How do you know what speed its going at? Something on your router?

Mines crawling, 2% in about 5 minutes. NTL 2MB here too.

Mines flying @ 30% (2mb adsl), looks like they've added some extra bandwidth or something. I'm guessing it'll slow down towards completion as the yankie doodles wake up.

would they not be on a different server?

Mines still not moved on 6% - letting the housemate back on PGR3.

Will try later, post screenies if you get it downloaded

Hmm, cancel and resume the download. See if that has any effect on things? Mines still going at 56% atm.

Mine failed at 80% so just tried it again and it's resumed ok.

Got dinner and Top Gear to watch first though :eek:

Yeah just done that and its zoomed up to 62%.....Bar couldnt have been moving or something :eek:
