I take it you have made a character? Hopefully you have made it on the Chamber of Aspects server.....

On your character creation screen at the top right there is a button that says server list iirc.
Click that and find the server 'Chamber of Aspects', then make your horde character there and login.
Contact Thramill once in game to get an inv to the guild
You have to select the server before you make the character
