*** Nexus 5 Accessory Thread ***

Plus 1 for these, I've been using them since last Friday. Very happy.

I've got one on my nexus but its awful compared to naked screen.. :| the oilyness from the fingers shows up everytime you touch the screen... never happens on the naked screen tho :o

also spigen ultra hybrid is a nice case but buttons are simply TOO easy to press.. I've been unlocking, putting the volume down etc by just holding the phone.. not a fan :(

boo.

Mine has also arrived. I haven't opened it yet. Shall see later how easy it is to fit!

I ordered one as well, how did you get on with it?

Being a bit of a car mount snob, usually buying Brodit for each device I get, I'm really liking the Nokia CR-200 Wireless Charging Car Mount -

Link in video description.

I'll probably do a follow up video in two weeks when I've used it for some long journeys and also had time to figure the NFC.

Good video, I bought the one posted on the first page and it's ok, the mount itself is fine but coming from the awesome SGS2 official car mount it's a pain connecting the power/audio cables, buying this would solve the power at least and also auto-launch the play music app and then I'd be that little bit happier, maybe I should splash out a bit more and get a bluetooth stereo, then job done :p

Would be good to also know more about the charging and nfc though :)

The Spigen Ultra Hybrid arrived today and it stops the wireless charging working with a Nokia desk charger.

I haven't tried it with another charger yet.

Why is it so hard for Google to do accessories?

I'm only interested in getting either the Bumper or the LG Quick Cover but it takes them forever to release them.

They are so ridiculously expensive why would you want one anyway?

If you want to spend that time of money their are far better options out there.

You could even buy a D Brand Skin as well as a see through orzly bumper type case for around that money which looks far better.

i ordered and it fits bad, cheap feel, the picture makes it look nice, but it's not!

Yeah its no otterbox but you have to realise that it cost like 10 pence to make.

I stick to the thin silicone cases for around £2-£3.

How bad is the fit? I had one of these for the nexus 4 and it wasn't perfect but not poor either, still useable.

Wife got a leather flap thing for £3 and she likes it but its horribly cheap IMO.can't go wrong with the silicone cases like the s line wave.

the ozrly cases with the clear backs look awful when they've picked up a few marks. think I might go for a plain black one next time.
