Nexus 5 leaked

Did they change the clock widget again? I kinda like the 4.2 one... On the other hand, side bezels seems quite thin, let's hope it really is about the size of the N4.

I really would like to check this out in hand though, I thought the N4 looked quite boring until my friend bought one and showed it to me. Pictures don't seem to do justice on these devices :D.

I've adjusted the image to show the bezels.

Do you still thinks it's smaller than a Nexus 4?

Now that I've seen that, I'm also struggling to see how it would be smaller than a Nexus 4. However, the bezels do look very slightly smaller than the Nexus 4 in all directions, especially the top.

I also don't understand why the camera lense surround is so big.

Would buy it if they offered a 64gb version or sd slot. I have crap 3g reception where I live in the countryside and can't rely on streaming for music and like having my entire collection with me and been able to keep all my photos and videos on phone too, so need extra storage in some form.

The SD slot will never happen on a Nexus device unfortunately and I'd say there's pretty much no chance of a 64gb version either.

Google still want to Push 'Cloud Services' rather than pack the phone with loads of RAM or and SD card!.

Suits me fine, I've got 100Gb+ of Music on Google Play Music and a 3 'Unlimited' package for my Nexus 4, plus I still have 5Gb of space left out of my 16Gb (12Gb usable) on the phone!

RAM? WUT?

2gb of ram is this gen spec on n4 so RAM was never a problem..

space yes.. 8gb version for a top end phone? pee take..

16/32/64gb is what they need.. its better to cover both ends -;

the people that want to use cloud storage
and the people that don't..

and there is a lot of different reasons why someone wouldn't want to stream everything.. in my case I've got no data allowance on my contract and the reception is rubbish with orange.

Valid reasons, although I'm fairly certain Google released the Nexus 4 at such a low price to entice people into their ecosystem. If you aren't using their services (for whatever reason) then Google make less money from you, hence you are of less importance to them.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Nexus 5 was released at a slightly higher price than the Nexus 4, but with more on board storage. The reason being that the Nexus 4 has probably enticed a large chunck of people already and I doubt the Nexus 5 would attract significantly more, simply because the original (and discount) price of the Nexus 4 was so good.

Of course I could be way off. I just hope the battery is bigger than the 2300 mAh originally rumoured.

Nothing is really very surprising with the phone at the moment. The most interesting thing so far is the apparent lack of any speaker grill on the entire phone. Wonder how we are supposed to hear it! :p

Already love the shape of the Nexus 4, so it's nice to see that it just seems to be an evolution of the same design. Seems to me it's a little rounder at the back, and the rubberised plastic should feel fantastic like on the new Nexus 7.

forget what it looks like, we all have known that since the first leaks.

what is the cost going to be?

if they keep going down this whole - sell it for cost price route, then i will continue to buy.

simply the best range out there atm imo.

the reason why i have 2 nexus 4's and 2 nexus 7's atm.
