Nexus 5 leaked

I'm calling fake on that press leak, don't all nexus press shots have the clock time the same as the version of android it's running? On that leaked shot the clock is on 11:54. If the N5 is gonna come with KitKat (I wonder if they'll bundle a free KitKat in with them :p) then it'll show 4:40 shurely?

And of course then there's no speaker grills, as someone else noted. :D

It's probably not far off though.

The big camera-surround is dual-purpose. It helps to reduce glare and reflections when taking photos with the camera perpendicular to a light source, and more importantly, it helps you feel when your pudgy fingers are getting into the camera's "danger zone" so you don't accidentally get a splodge o'finger in your photos or videos :p

Was talking about these "leaked" press shots, they show both sides of the phone http://www.gsmarena.com/nexus_5_specs_get_confirmed_as_an_alleged_press_shot_leaks-news-6810.php?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook and there's the shot of the rear in the leaked bar shots.

Although looking very closely at that photo there does seem to be some perforations at the very bottom edge. Maybe just a mono speaker for the Nexus 5?

The large camera unit probably houses the OIS. Shame its a tiny lens + 1.1um pixels though, wonder if Goole have saved money by selecting the 8MP variant again? Hope not...

Valid reasons, although I'm fairly certain Google released the Nexus 4 at such a low price to entice people into their ecosystem. If you aren't using their services (for whatever reason) then Google make less money from you, hence you are of less importance to them.

Not quite. Or rather, not entirely.

We got tired of seeing OEMs include many GB of internal storage for music, while users were still running out of space for apps and data. This approach lets us merge everything on one volume, which is way better.
