Blimey, I'd be extremely annoyed if I ended up with a phone without one - they're so useful! I'd still be amazed if there wasn't one on the N5, but not something that anyone really talks about in the build up to launch.

Same here I couldn't live without one so if it turns out they've not put one in it'll be going back before the box is even opened.

Galaxy s2 didn't have one either - really missed it coming from an HTC with it blinking at me!

The Nexus 5 has an nled, but I can't find a copy of the service manual to prove it as they've been pulled from all the major sites.
