Google will never make a 5.9" display. It's just far too big for the average customer.
Also, the Nexus phone is basically a developer device: it's supposed to represent the average Android device. 5.2" is around the average size; 5.9" is definitely not.

I'm stuck with my N5 until either the Moto X+1 comes out or the Nexus 6 is released around Dec. I've even bought a portable battery charger and fast charging cable to combat the phone running out of juice before the day ends.
