I still stand by the S4 having a better camera. You guys are clearly drinking the coolaid if you think it performs better than the HTC One and S4.

Did you even watch the video? It genuinely did?
Even the reviewer put the Nexus 5's camera ahead in every rear camera shot except for the one using the flash. So erm yes.... seriously.

You must be on crack?! N5 did perform just as well as s4! And Better in some environments.. Are you blind or simply want to hate? I've noticed you alone trying to pick on random things when it comes to n5.. And HTC one? Sorry but the only thing that camera is good is low light which nexus 5 seems to do very well.

I have seen the review but ive also seen sample photos and they are not as good as the quality of the One and S4. Even pictures posted in this thread by people who have taken multiple shots from different phones show the N5 is not better than the higher end compertition.
But ill go with you guys on this one.
Nexus 5 camera is just as good and in many environments better than the HTC One and S4. Happy now?

You base this off a review that concludes the exact opposite of the preconceived prejudiced view that you are sticking by? He preferred the flash on the S4, all else on the N5. Front camera isn't really relevant, I should add that I don't like any phone cameras so have no axe to grind here.

I think they done a great job with this phone it feels like quality and looks great. The camera performs really good and looks like it can hold its own with the current ones and the biggest plus instant updates and no tacky overlays, oh and the best the price.
The camera is pretty decent but I been spoilt by the might of the Lumia 1020's. But camera a side this is a much better phone all round , might be time to lose the 1020.

The thing is nobody said that. Most are just exclaiming their excitement that the camera is miles better then the one on the Nexus 4. Even comparable to other phones on the market.
Your the one that said the S4 wins hands down, giving the impression that it's miles better. When clearly it is not.
Nobody has even said the camera is better then the S4 or One.

The whole reason your arguing with me is because the reviewer says the N5 is better in every environment other than when using flash. And you and otehrs are agreeing with him this the N5 is better than the S4 (apart from when using flash). Come one man...make your mind up!
Where did I agree with him? I just stated his conclusions to back up my argument that the Nexus 5 camera seems comparable to the competition (S4, One).
All I have said is that it's great that the camera seems comparable to the competition and is performing so well in low light. I'm not sure which looks better it seems very very close on the outdoor shots. Which is awesome.
The omen is on you to explain how exactly you conclude that the S4 wins hands down from that review.
What I found bizarre is you quoting the review and the "I told you so the camera isn't very good", when the review didn't actually conclude that.

Not really sure about the arguing over cameras so much , the s4 has a 13 mp the N5 a 8 and also has OIS unlike the S4 and the fact there isn't much between them is big kudos to Google really.
They released a premium feeling phone with a display that holds up against the HTC Ones IMO having owned one. Can I remind this phone is under £300.
If a camera is so important why bother with any of these just get the Lumia 1020 its in a different league.
