*** Nexus 7 2nd Gen thread ***

Upload it all to Google music. That would be the best method.

Alternatively use es file explorer? It depends on how your music is physically organised outside iTunes.

I can't seem to find anything so I guess it's not possible then. Disappointing really can anyone help?

Before using the likes of PowerAmp (copying files across via ES File Explorer) and Google Music. I used iSync. There is a wifi version of this. Give that a shot. It's good but since I don't like Apple and I removed iTunes, I don't need it anymore.

Thanks for the recommendations I'm more interested in the video side of iTunes and I couldn't ditch it as I have hundreds of films and TV stored on a Mac and stream around the house with apple TV's.

oops - posted this in the wrong thread!:
Okey dokey - been doing some more research into this 'mis-touch' problem I've been experiencing lately.

A colleague of mine has the same problem - basically when typing sometimes characters are missed. Digging deeper into various android forums it seems to be a common theme, especially after google's latest update!

Try this - goto say google chrome - start typing a sentence in the address bar using the stock keyboard qucikly - I found intermittently I would sometimes 'miss' the space bar and some words would be joined together.

I'm not exactly trying to 'touch type' on my unit - but I would like to be able to type at least the same as I usual do (two fingers from both hands at a time sort of thing!).

Even after google addressed the screen sensitivity issue it seems that others are reporting also that typing can be hit and miss infrequently especially in the case of multi-touch - when hitting two keys together at very close times. Some people speculating about the calibration being all over the place - but its just that speculation at the moment.

Taking mine back tommorow to see if I can get one without this problem. Anyone else report the same - yay or nay?

yay or nay - what say you! :)

Which app do people use in place of Logitech Touchmouse?

Found a good one called "Remote Mouse".

Installed a load of apps last night and had a general fiddle around with the settings but by far the most impressive feature is the ability to have different user accounts with their own set of apps, email, desktop, etc. !

Was baffled by why they made it so hard to find the keyboard click sound toggle  buried about three/four layers deep!!

Checked and also works on the internt connected through 3G via my iPhone 4 hotspot.

Very impressed with speed and responsiveness, sound quality and screen.

Is there a way to use my iphone as a bluetooth keyboard? Was thinking this could be useful when travelling if watching the tablet on a stand.

Mine asked to update to 4.3 pretty soon after connecting to the internet yesterday. It hung on the Google screen on reboot so I had to force shut down restart and it then applied the update successfully. I've not used Android before so no idea what the differences are or which software was pre-installed, I assume 4.2  .

It would have just been an earlier version of 4.3, they've never had 4.2.2 IIRC
