NFL 2021 Season

mahomes looks like he hasn't got a clue at the moment, some of his throws are really poor, what made it worse was that he was out thrown by Love

Love looked terrible in the first half. He had no form, looked really panicked and was endangering his receivers with some terribly placed balls. Then he seemed to calm down and had a really encouraging second half. Maholmes has looked really bad this year. Maybe he's believing his own hype too much? He's thrown balls up that he really shouldn't on a few occasions now.

thats what i think, hes not playing like a qb hes playing like someone on madden

seen a few say hes starting to believe his own hype and thinks he needs to keep it up with the no look passes etc

doesn't help that the cheifs seem reluctant to get a running game going, teams are using the tampa defence on them from the super bowl so the chiefs need to run the ball to open things up.

no idea what's going on at the raiders:

The Las Vegas Raiders are cutting ties with another former first-round pick following off-field incidents.

The Raiders are releasing corner Damon Arnette, after a video of Arnette went viral over the weekend. In the video, Arnette is seen brandishing a gun and threatening to kill someone.

player didn't help himself prior to that, but yeah the official was out of order, the players know contact with officials is a no no and for the official to do that be interesting to see what the nfl do.

no idea what the rams are thinking on signing obj, if their poor play doesn't stop them getting to the superbowl this signing might

Typical, Everton win and the Bills lose, I can't have it both together! :( Had to be the bloody Pats as well. It feels like the season is slipping away after all the pre-season hype and the division is no longer in our hands either anymore. I've not seen the highlights but the conditions before sounded pretty brutal, especially the gale force winds which probably didn't help as our running game has been non-existent.

Bills win, Lions win, just need the Browns to win tomorrow now! :D

Colts did us a massive favour last night, now we just need a good win against the Pats on Boxing day to put us back in with a chance for the division..

It’s a Christmas miracle, the lions win a game

To be fair it is our 2nd of the season…

it’s been a rough run this year. So many games lost on the last kick. Hopefully get some decent prospects in the draft and make a better run at it next year.

If only we played every game like we did this week!

Mate I’m a lions fan as well, have been for 30 years, we got lucky against the vikings but last night absolutely bossed the game, I haven’t see us play like that for years

I wouldn’t have said lucky against the Vikings. Wasn’t a game like last night but we deserved that win.

Always nice to see more fans. Went to my first game in the 80s and lived across the river from Detroit for many years as a youth.

That said this week was something else. Shows the team is capable but clearly a few stand out stars. Mayfield will be doing some soul searching this week after what the D did against him.

Yeah I managed to get a ticket to watch the lions play the falcons a few years ago at Wembley, it’s on my bucket list to get over to Detroit to watch them at ford field though, hopefully in the next few years.

Some really odd results yesterday. It's quite a weird season generally I guess. Have we ever had it this even? There are maybe two or three terrible teams, but it seems this year almost anyone can beat anyone else on 'any given Sunday'.

When will we move on from this whole Covid thing? When will it be the same as someone with a cold/flu? What will happen when one of the Superbowl teams has 20 players on the Covid list a day before the big game?

Amongst other things, my fantasy team has been ravaged before my Semi Final game, thankfully I picked up Damien Harris and Sony Michel and started them, for about 55 points and I'm through into the final!

My offence seriously faltered in the semifinal (been reliable all season and finished top of the standings). It’s all down to Duke Johnson for the Dolphins now. If he makes his expected tally I’m through. It’s been a topsy turvy season!
