Nice pongs and gorgeous whiffs. The Aftershave thread!

Caved in and bought a bottle of the Armaf - coming from amazon next week. Looking forward to trying something different.

Out of interest, which amazon seller did you buy from?

There’s been a few sellers who are repackaging the bottle into the boxes and wrapping with cellophane.

Was your box ok and brand new ?

I ordered 6 samples from Musk & Hustle after they were mentioned here, only took 5 days to arrive and they added an extra one for free, they all smell great, I could pick the Aventus clone out easily, hope they last well.

Which ones did you get? I've been happy with all of mine, although I think it's too warm for the Oud Wood at the moment.

I bought from here, box was sealed.

Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Perfume For Men EDT 105 ML https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00M3IFUMK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_9oTwBb78B71B4

@lmfy2k I purchased mine from the above seller (NSY Supplies). Box looked original and was cellophane wrapped. When I unwrapped it and popped the lid the hinge material was new/undisturbed so I am confident the box/bottle was not tampered with.

Still need to remember to get the date of the batch from the box for you aha!

Anyone got some recommendations on some long lasting fresh 'out of the shower' smelling aftershave?

I love the smell of David Beckham Classic Blue but it literally lasts for an hour or two. It's cheap stuff but got a good fresh smell.

I currently use Davidoff Cool Water which seems to last longer but isn't quite as nice as the above.

Would recommend Paco Rabanne Invictus for a fresh smell. Good longevity on it. Any other Aqua or 'Sport' fragrances would suit too like Chanel Allure Homme Sport.

If you like Citrus and apples you can't go wrong with Boss Bottled either.

Thanks. Not a huge fan of citrus smells though.

I'll see if I can have a dig around the aqua sporty ranges. As above, not a huge fan of citrus smells.

Cheers!

Freshies will almost always have longevity issues, its the nature of the scent.

Also depends what you want to spend. Off the top of my head:
YSL L'Homme Ultime
Dior Sauvage
Bvlgari Aqva
Lacoste L'Homme (not actually tried this one but hear good things, surprisingly)
Le Male Eau Fraiche
Montblanc Individuel

Or if you want to go niche....
Creed Aventus (Obligatory mention)
Pretty much any of the Aqua Di Palma Blu range.
etc.

:)

ive been really enjoying Perfume Parlour's Green Irish Tweed: https://www.perfume-parlour.co.uk/green-ireland-tweed-for-men-0583 (sold out at moment)

smells amazing and lasts ages, ive ordered a genuine decant of it and will probably buy some more if its as nice as the clone lol.

Give it a try when its back in stock :)
