Could be he cannot control his hands properly, maybe they shake, because from what I saw he was causing all the fuss himself. lol
 
Sure the kickstand is flimsy but what the hell did they expect? It's a small piece of plastic which you can use to prop up the Switch, did they honestly think it should be a weight bearing structure, resistant to the forces of a grown man waggling it around for no reason.

Let's face it, you detach the joycons and prop it up on a table using the kickstand and you don't touch it again.. is that difficult for the people at CNET, really?
 
Well I'm struggling to think where my Switch will go. There isn't much room on top of my living room TV cabinet (width) and if I put it in front of the TV like they do in some pictures it will surely obscure the TV. I have a cupboard underneath but it's not very tall and has doors.

Everyone else have a good place?

I saw that, Cnet really are crap, hilarious.

My fav bit from the Go Nintendo commentary is the infomercial montage, there's one clip where someone cracks an egg by just smashing it against the counter top... I mean why wouldn't you do that? That's how we all do it right? Brilliant.
 
Folks, heads up for those who ordered from Very using the code, checking my credit card account shows a full deduction is pending (without any discount).

Ive dropped Very a webmail asking why this is, and what they will do to correct.

Not sure if this amount is just a pre-authorisation amount which will be deducted correctly, but thought Id check just incase.

Would recommend you all check as well as a precaution!

E: Ok reading HUKD it seems I'm not the only one, those ordered via paypal will have the discount applied immediately, those with cc (me) will have to wait once the order is dispatched.

Or so it seems!

Glad a kept my Zavvi order. It's not the first time I have preordered from Very with codes for them to cancel.

Many people at HUKD are getting cold feet.
