*** Nintendo Switch ***

It is likely a 15V charger though. Might wait a few days then buy one to see if any others come out. I cant find any proper alternatives (i.e. 15v)

Not sure what the charger is exactly but the Switch from images of its back has a rated input of 15V/2.6A. I do wonder how all these current battery packs will actually work with it as all regular USB-chargable devices keep a standard 5V and just use however many Amps they need. I'd wait a while as if the Switch takes off expect plenty of 15V/3A rated battery packs fairly quickly - along with cheaper power adapters rated the same.

Any recommended cables from USB 3 to USB C? or adapters?

I use 3ft and 6ft cables from Anker no issues with my Nexus 5X. Be a bit careful as there are plenty of dodgy USB C cables out there that will fry your device!

Friend Codes are back

Try one of the Anker Powerline+ cables or Aukey braided ones

Thanks guys. Bloody hell, they are about a tenner. Was hoping for something a little cheaper. But that said don't want to break my devices. Saw one for £5.99 by a brand/company called aLLreLi, but never heard of them.

Anyone getting theirs from Nintendo Store and use the normal standard delivery? Well its a 48hour Royal Mail service. FFS, no chance of tomorrow then

I bought Rankie ones off Amazon for my OP3. They feel like decent quality cables and I've had no issues. Currently £6.99 for 3.
Thanks for that info. The other option I just saw is:

[2 in 1 Pack] Anker USB-C (male) to Micro USB Adapter (female) which is £5.99 from the same place.

If this is true I will be seriously ****** off. If there is one place that should get your console to you at launch it is the bloody manufacturer. If thats the case I will try and buy one in store tomorrow and send my nintendo one back.

I'm thinking of doing the same.

Just got a shipping confirmation from NintendoUK but like others its suggesting 7th-8th march. Thats BS. They clearly have the stock so if they are using a slow RM delivery service they could have shipped a few days ago. I'm just hoping that they are using RMSD / 24 hour service and the tracking on their website is just ****.

edit: Just checked their delivery stuff on the website and basically the standard shipping is 2-3 days which would make their delivery estimate correct. I really hope that because these are pre-orders they have just not adapted the system to handle the fact they are sending them via next day delivery.

I phoned Royal Mail, It's deffo a 48hour service. Gutted tbh! Going to refuse the delivery and got one coming from ShopTo using DPD instead for tomorrow.

Amazon is odd, don't understand how their logistics work.

My Switch was dispatched this morning but Zelda and Pro Controller say preparing and 1-2 Switch and carry case not yet dispatched, why wouldn't you send them all together? May well get a bunch of deliveries throughout the day.
