*** Nintendo Switch ***

Held back from buying the pro controller due to the high price but gave in and picked one up today and have to say it's a bloody good pad, really makes a difference.
Mine turned up yesterday from the nintendo store
I was reasonably happy with the joycons in the chargeable grip but got to agree with you the pro controller does make the difference also feels solidly built to me

One I got past the price tag, it is a great pad. The only gripe is I keep getting the - and screenshot button mixed up. I have taken many screenshots of my game accidentally. Apart from that though, every button feels right, the texture is good, the pad is weighted just right, you can charge it when it's low and play at the same time and the battery lasts AGES. I think I got like 50 hours out of it before the battery warning even came up.

It must be a good chip to be able to run Zelda the way it does .. the size of the world with hardly any loading time is mental ... there's so many reasons on why this console / game is an unbelievable technical achievement ... I'm not bothered what it has inside it I just want to enjoy it ..
My horse Steve is waiting for me haha :D

Also if people are looking for local mp game snipperclips is fantastic !

People also seem to forget that the game runs at about 40% power when in handheld mode...!!!!!

There is much more to be had from the Switch I believe.

Anyone worrying about a lack of games will be pleased about Disgea and Dragon Quest hitting soon. Quite literally thousands of hours of pleasure and thats excluding Zelda!

Amfilm tempered protector is highly recommended.

My first time installing a screen protector and it was easy, comes with everything you need. Only issue is I have abit of lifting bottom left where I had to lift it a couple of times to use dust removal stickers. Any ideas how to get it to stick again? Read that it might be slightly bent, could use tweezers to bend it abit.

Will do for now, it's a two pack of protectors so can always redo.

You definitely need to get a SD card for Dragon Quest if you are going digital, I believe it's over 30G.

I think very clever programming more than anything - not that I don't think the Switch is capable - it is

but Zelda at slightly lower res also runs fine also on the Wii U - I know as I've been playing a lot of it this weekend :)

Yeah, it feels really good. Easily my favourite pad out of all the next gen systems.
