*** Nintendo Switch ***

After watching the arms tournament I was pretty excited for arms. The problem is that I am never going to put enough time into it to get good enough to enjoy it a lot online.
 
I'm not too bothered about getting good enough. It looks like a blast to me so I am going for it - I have faith in the MK8 team! I like new IP and I am happy to support it and I think it will grow over time just like Splatoon did. Dispatching today!

I will buy all Nintendo first party games. If it doesn't work out I'll sell them on afterwards. Nintendo games hold their value more than anything else so it's worth the punt I think.
 
Arghhh all this Arms talk is making me want to buy and I have been trying to resist. Need to play the games I have more...

Resistance is futile - I still have to get far into Zelda but that's not stopping me picking this up tomorrow!
Besides, we OC'ers need some online matches. :)
 
Splatoon 2 is on the live stream now and single player looks even better than the first so far, good stuff.

Sounds like they've also managed to get the game running at 1080p-60fps docked (Splatoon1 and 2beta was 720p), nice bonus!.

Very nice bonus. It was pretty but a little jaggy on beta. So will be nice to see 1080 :)
 
Raymond Lin is here and he brought his Switch with him. Played MK8D 2 player and Zelda last night. Both look gorgeous on a projected 92" screen :D

Very impressed at how well MK runs. :)
 
I've played MK8D every day since it came out 7 weeks ago. So much fun!

Tonight though I will take the cart out for the first time and replace it with ARMS.
 
Yoshi game looks so spectacular. Yoshis island was the best game on the SNES for me so when I saw them collecting flowers again I was overjoyed.

Nintendo will continue to get my money!
