It doesn't. I got very fine scratches on my screen when I didn't use a screen protector, which isn't a surprise as it's made out of a soft plastic.
Complete joke they said they did a soak test... tested it for 24 hours and its fine. Im going back to game for refund then great need to start zelda again for 3rd time ......

They are very bad at acknowledging faulty devices. Luckily I like their product enough to overtook their shady practices.
You can just put your dock internals into a 3d printed shell.

I don't use my sock. It's too tight.
I don't use it because it increases heat which caused my screen protector to lift, plus i have a screen protector so no need for a sock anymore.
Same here thats why i keep going back... one day i will find a working switch...

I picked up Fifa for £35 and Im impressed with it. Only use it in handheld mode and its nice playing it on the go.
Sure. I'm taking a punt on a non switch specific USB c to HDMI adapter first. Then I'll move on if needs be.
I saw the 3d printed ones but if I can get a decent amount for my official one I'll probably do it.
Mine was like yours. Seems to have smoothed out now. I did nothing to it!
Anyone here have a 3D printer? Interested in this design. It's a DIY dock but incorporated the spring loaded USB-C connectorm ventilation at the back and has the leads all coming out of the back which is much better than all the other ones which have them coming out the side.

I've preordered the physical version.. but I'm thinking about going digital. It's the same price for digital on Amazon. I hate changing carts and realistically and this is not a game I can ever see myself selling.
