Part of me is hoping there are no significant surprises with the Online service launch, I need an excuse to take a break from playing online

With Smash being perhaps their biggest release this holiday I'm expecting there to be some mention of it in the Direct, perhaps a new character trailer at the end or a tie in with the Switch Online info.

bought a used Switch and it arrived today

with Zelda, Mario Kart and Lego city undercover.

Ordered the Mayflash dongle so can use my DS4 for some Kart goodness in the living room.

will do, arrives tomorrow.

Supposed to work with XBox One (bluetooth), PS4. PS3, Xbox elite via USB, 360 via dongle and USB, Wii U Pro controller, Wii :eek:

maybe others...Can also be used on a PC to make using a DS4 easy.

Going to be using a DS4 as it uses the built-in gyro like the Switch Pro.

Not keen on the level of shovelware appearing on Switch. There's embracing Indies but this is taking the piddle.

This will burn Nintendo just as much as their previous "hands off our system" attitude.

Also, N's pricing on ports and old games is still lolsome

Online, they haven't done anything to sell it to me. It's absolutely astounding a company with the clout as Nintendo to get online so wrong again and again
