*** Nintendo Switch ***

I still dabble if I am not in the mood for ranked. Though I've barely played Splatoon or MK since Dark Souls came out. I do still enjoy them both though for the odd hour here and there.

I'm finally x rank in all modes now so the real game has just begun for me.
 
Given all the versions of the DS that came out and the hardware vulnerability in the switch it’s probally a given but I doubt it will be anything more than an iterative update. If there is a game you want to play just buy it and play. The old switch isn’t suddenly going to stop working when the new one comes out and the form factor isn’t changing.

I'm not desperate to play anything atthe mo. I want to play BotW but I have a large PC/Xbox/PS4 backlog to keep me busy.
 
Never purchased from another store on the Switch, I take it once you've done that it will appear on your UK account?

Really? I didn't know that. Maybe i've been lucky to buy from other stores when shopping myself. Can't even recall which stores I've used, probably Russia and South Africa. Wonder why it's different on USA Mexico and Jp

Find the price of the game from here: https://eshop-prices.com/ then just change your country on the Nintendo eShop website to whichever country is cheapest for your game! then if you wish, you can change it back to UK immediately :P You'll wonder why you never did it before!
 
The issue was the UK debit cards do not work on some foreign eShops (USA for example) so you have to buy cards for those specific regions and if you use something like Play-Asia you can pay over the odds for those cards. All a bit pointless unless the saving is still greater.

i'm with you. i'm quite the connoisseur of buying games through foreign regions as I used to do it on my Xbox One (RIP)
 
Well not sure why but I created a season character and have been playing it for past few days but today it says the season is not available on diablo servers and it will not allow me to continue with the story.

It may be that I have no internet, but I haven't the last few times I played it.

So either annoying that the season has ended days after release or equally annoying if you can't play it offline now.
 
You have no internet or no online sub? I think the current season ends in December so not sure what's going on there. There are conflicting reports about seasons and Nintendo online.
 
I think it looks great tbh in both handheld and through the TV. Runs solid even with tons going on. I've played it a lot in the past week. It's a very impressive port.
