Went with Amazon, took the £2 prime discount on it and then had another £5 in promotional credit so managed to Land Mario Odyssey for £34.99, it will land late as its Amazon and they never seem to get pre-orders out in time these days but for that price I will wait for it.

I'm glad I figured out how to get all amiibo content without being scalped by Nintendo. I'm can't share how to do it on here though.

Amiibo are not required for unlocks in Odyssey afaik, they're just a shortcut.

The amiibo content for Odyssey is unlockable without though. I've not seen any unlocks for any game that would make me want to buy one or go through the hassle of the method we won't mention.
Just seems to be cosmetic stuff and cheat items.

Pre-Ordered Mario Odyssey cost me £26 with discount.
Yesterday bought both Zelda & the Pro controller along with a tempered glass screen protector.

Now gotta wait 63 days before i can have it.

I was under impression you were also discussing in reference to Odyssey given it was the current topic and you were quoting a post about Odyssey.

I'm with Noxia though, I don't care enough about amiibo related content to even consider resorting to piracy.
