I think its more due to the fact that she was a woman as to why she could fly under the radar for so long, rather than her perceived attractiveness. Women in general aren't mass murderers.

Amelia Dyer was suspected of having killed up to 400 infants and children, making her possibly the most prolific serial killer ever, male or female.

Most of history's female serial murderess' are as ugly as sin, but one who was remarkably attractive was Kristen Gilbert, the so called "Angel of Death".

She was also pretty bright using a heart stimulant that the body rapidly absorbs to become untraceable at autopsy. As my wife says, if you want a job doing efficiently, ask a woman.

No ones denying there are female mass murderers, they are just far more likely to be male thats all. Although female mass murderes are far more likely to go after children.

Had to look her up, left disappointed, seems our versions of remarkably attractive differ substantially.

Don't think it's been confirmed anywhere she's mentally ill, just conjecture at this moment in time

We'll just have to wait and see I suppose, Allitt was a weird one wasn't it? I'm sure there were some leading psych experts that said she wasn't mentally ill after interviewing her.

The same place that thought they had identified the Boston bomber and then proceeded to harass the family. Only for it to come to light that the son of said family, that they thought was the bomber, had committed suicide a few days prior to the bombings.

Reddit isn't known for being on the money.

Well if it's all true then she's at the very least Phycopathic, I'm not sure if that legally makes her mentally ill but it does in my book
