My bitspower FE block with a +1100 memory oc tops out at 75 degrees on memory junction temps (though I don't do mining) so I really think the active cooling point is being overblown for any normal use case.

That's pretty incredible! During mining, without any memory OC, power limiting the GPU to 77% and engaging fans 100%, memory junction temp will hit 104-110 (higher temps after hours of mining) no problem. So yes, overblown for normal use but definitely not for memory intensive work.

Just received an email from EK saying that my Black 3090fe block should be at their warehouse on 05/03 and to please allow up to 3 days for processing and shipment.

Same here the email for the silver said the same thing last week. Here's hoping there isn't any more unexpected delays.

At this stage I think it will be ok. I have both colours on my order (got the email about silver last week too) so when I saw today’s I thought here we go, a further delay. Thankfully it was just to say black was delayed from 4th to 5th March (support told me couple weeks ago it would be ready on 4th).

Maybe there was a delay on a common part / packaging between the colours.

I am so excited to complete my build!

I spoke too soon! Restocking of the blocks is delayed until 12th March.

It's a never ending delay...

Anyone heard anything back from Aquacomputer or Aquatuning about shipping to the UK?

Aquacomputer is still non existant for shipping to UK....

Got my Aquatuning delivery roughly 4 days after being shipped from Germany. No import taxes to be paid (under the threshold) and was using the UPS Prime shipping option.

Not heard anything from Aquacomputer though

Dont understand why aquacomputer is taking so long, emailed them twice and still no replies and that was over a month ago.

Would happily preorder and wait for it to come back in stock but thats not even an option now lol

Where did you get this information from ? Was it an email for both colours ?

The only email I have so far for the silver was from last week stating the 5th for restocking.

I have been messaging customer support about changes to my order and they advised me of the delay. They didn’t say the delay affected either colour just that it was due to a delay caused by one of their suppliers for ‘3090 Special Editions’.

True, I haven’t had an email yet apart from the same one you got to say they were delayed to 5th.

Has anyone noticed how remarkably alike the inlet/outlet manifolds are between the heatkiller V and aquacomputer NEXT block is? I wonder if the Vision Manifold from Aquacomputer will fit on the Heatkiller block bar 1 screw in the middle that wouldn't go in.

I wonder if EK deal with private individuals orders or company orders first (like this store) I guess what I'm asking is when will pre-orders through the store start to appear??

Gut feel is initially there own store and as production catch's up other places. Recall with 3080FE block for example it became available elsewhere only a while after the EK store. Makes sense I suppose, make biggest margins selling directly I would imagine. But just a guess.

They probably do get better margins selling through their own shop as they`re more expensive, my 3080FE water block was 25 euros cheaper from a Dutch retailer than EK`s shop and carriage was cheaper too. OCUK was still on pre order at the time.

I'm glad I binned off my 3090 FE ek order and went with the bitspower block in the end was getting sick of waiting for parts but fingers crossed for those that are still waiting!
