i don't know how any reviewer could call the 4060ti a good release.

It is essentially a 3060ti with lower power draw....2 and a half years later for the same price.
 
They are absolutely working together on that one, if they wanted to they would have been aggressive promotions or prices. They just want to coexist and take profits.
