That's a really good price! I actually think that if you do go for the 5090, you might just make your money back on the 4090 or even be a few quid up on the deal.I had one before, sold it for a 7900xtx which I actually ended up liking a lot (much better value as I don't really care for ray tracing in most games) but in some it adds a lot to the experience (like 4 games lol)
main reason is to see how many games I am playing can hit 480hz or get close with the 4090 to gauge if I need the 5090 or not
I got the 4090 for £1010 2nd hand so not as bad as it initially looks
Monster card though, you'll need to carefully study those 5090 benchies.
