NVIDIA 4000 Series

That doesn't make sense because only one fan wobbles, the one on the opposite side doesn't

Unless you're saying only one fan is fluid dynamic and the other isn't?

Afraid I’ve no idea, just going by what the Nvidia engineer stated in the GN video where they cut a 4090 in half.

Perhaps its part of the NDA agreement that they cant compete on pricing until certain day and tine to gain an advantage releasing their cards also, which have pricing....
Pretty sure this NDA would be illegal

What people also have not realised yet is you need a full system rebuild now to get the 45-50% increase that is the same as the jump from 20 series to 30 series and only way to get a benefit from it is also to get a 4k fast refresh monitor, basically a whole new system to use it to its full potential.

Full system rebuild? Some of us already have high refresh 4k monitors and decent PSUs. If I get one it will be a drop-in replacement for my 3090.

Has anybody reported this to any authorities? Doubt it.

Good luck to the guys after a 4090 today, I'm good with my 3090FE at the moment for the games I actually play.

I think everyone needs to chill a bit and reduce the FOMO, if you still have PTSD from the 30xx series launch then just pinch yourself and remember we are in a very different situation for this launch.

Not in a pandemic anymore with everyone stuck indoors
GPU mining dead as disco
So many people built gaming pc's during RTX 3000 series availability they aren't in the market anymore as they now have their systems completed
Macro economics...everyone's skint
No scalper margin

It'll all be OK.......
The FOMO thing is over-played really. When you have been around here long enough you notice it is the same people saying the same thing over and over every new release about how people spend their money. They could basically copy paste what they said about the 3000 series or 2000 series and put it here. It's the same stuff.

It's different for everyone. PC gaming is my only hobby. I don't buy mountain bikes or guitars or fishing gear or cars. Kids have moved out and have small financial responsibility, so a new GPU every release is my purchase for my hobby. It's just very simple really but overly complicated by people who have some valid points about the price, but also some that no matter what a company does they will always dislike.
