I like how he was tring to make coil-whine seem like an advantageous feature...the cope in this forum is incredible.
Its funny that you are trying to make fun of him when he is actually correct. Coil whine is caused by inductors and usually it happens in the top tier models cause they are doing way more work (power regulation). There is no way that i know off to get rid of it, its just vibrations on the coil due to excessive power going through them.

Thats also why some people report that their coil whine stops after changing psu, cause their old psu was doing a horrible job of regulating the power, forcing the gpu inductors to do all the work
