Pretty sure the FE and Strix can go to 600w?

In any case i'd say other factors are more important. Build quality, fan noise, RGB, warranty, thermals and re-sale value. All important to consider when buying any card.

Ask Einstein aka @Purgatory to get one since he claims there is no shortage ;) and 4090 owners with buyers remorse are stuck with cards they wouldn't be able to sell :D
he must love me tagging him to say this, done it multiple times now :p

Also depends what CPU and resolution you are playing at if will be bottlenecking the card

How many do they have on each drop ? Of course the FE are gonna be in demand they are high quality and cheapest . I see few retailers with 4090 stock for over a week some not much over FE

The strix will offer you nothing over the FE apart from a bigger dent in the pocket, very little difference between any of the 4090 and will mainly boil down to silicone lottery :)
