NVIDIA Demonstrates Witcher 3 With Hair Works – Talks Hair Simulation, Next-Gen FleX PhysX and Turbu

Thanks for the video, Pgi.

In particular, the swamps look very impressive, as do the dark green grass area later in the video. I liked the scenes where the woman channeled communication between our hero & the crones. Although I quite like the witcher games, I'm not an avid fan of them. That aside, this should still be something that'll keep me entertained for a while.

I dread to think what I'll need to run it to a high standard...780ti SLI?

Thanks Pg, i must retry W2 i coundn't get the hang of the combat :( but this looks too good to pass up so will have another bash at it

If the combat is proving tricky...Try using an Xbox controller and remember to block/strife, the combat is very similar to the batman games :)

I really must get on and complete w2 my self, something else always comes out to distract me.

Those getting worried about settings for this game and the grunt required for it, Don't worry too much, yes it will be demanding, but I doubt its going to be system crippling. W2 has this reputation as mega demanding...it's really not, don't enable ubersampling and frame rates were generally pretty good on most cards.

Definitely in my top 10 games of all time! Was tempted to replay it with that mod, may still but it's a massive game. That's what worries me about Witcher 3.

Don't have kids.

:p

Tell me about it, little lad is obsessed with pushing the anti vandal switch on my case, clicks and has lights, a shame its also the power button

"WTF its crashed?? Oh no, wait, there's a 15 month old attached to the power button"

I always thought this game looked good but after only playing 10 minutes of the Witcher 2, I thought it was a bit dull. I read people on the net saying how good the Witcher 2 was and I thought I better give it another go and so so glad I did. If anyone was like me and have it in their steam unplayed....get it played :D

I am so looking forward to this probably more than the new Batman and GTA V put together. Seeing all those features as well, I just know this gon be gud :D
