Is there even a point in me asking for my queue number from OC support? Lol
Pre-ordered vision OC because the queue seemed short but haven't got my position yet.

I don't think it's unreasonable for us to be asking for estimates. I know some people will use an estimate and scream bloody murder if they don't receive it by then as if it's set in stone, but the fact is we've had no information at all with even the vaguest of guesses when we'll receive the items we ordered - not even saying if it'll be in 2020.


Agreed, it's reasonable to ask for one. Some of us were given an ETA when we were ordering, mine was the 23rd. That's flown by and the response is Golden Week!!

If you haven't got your queue number then I wouldn't even worry about it as you won't be getting it this side of xmas unfortunately. Unless Jensen slows down time and magically goes down Gibbo's chimney and delivers them, it's going to be Jan/Feb at a minimum.

Nope. There is absolutely no point. They are completely unable to give it to you and in fact, you are being impatient if you ask for it. If you are unhappy about this, you can cancel. There, saved you the bother.
 
At least I know where the gigabyte gaming oc cards went that got delivered, and why there is no queue update on them. They are in the prebuilts, Gg oc

Levels of customer service delivered by competitors shouldn't even need to be highlighted. It's basic stuff at this level of retail. The fact this is the case is pretty damming - we seem to be treated with contempt for having the audacity to ask for a reasonable update with tangible data.

It's also very unethical of OC to continue to take pre-orders at this stage, even more so for cards that haven't even arrived in their HQ yet. Seems like money for old rope.

I appreciate it. While you are pushing, could you a do a bit of slapping around too. Not in a violent way, just think it is for their own good. OC Staff need to be brought back to their senses, it's a *** no disguised swearing ***

Hopefully this is a website mistake, the only other explanation is that OC are trying really hard to destroy years of goodwill.
I dont understand why OC are behaving like this. Im a new customer and obviously no chance id ever order from here again, I guess other people feel the same. But in this market where there are tons of competitors surely everything is built on good service.
