I honestly think that's where this shipment of OC Strix's has gone, I can't see any other reason for such a small amount other than a token gesture to silent the masses while maximising their profits. Other retailers have shipped over 100, why such pathetic amounts here?

13 cards in two shipments? Disappointing. I've heard from a friend that elsewhere has claimed they'll be able to fulfill ALL pre-orders by mid-november based off of ramped shipments, but we'll see, I suppose.
