*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Well if they have discontinued the non oc tuf card then i shall never buy an asus product again, after having to deal with them over my motherboard frying a cpu and then trying to get a rebate on a previous purchase its three strikes and your out imo, this whole release has been a total shambles but its just getting worse by the day.

If it's truly discontinued then can somebody tell Asus' marketing department to stop heavily advertise a card that already reached EOL status:

This whole launch is ridiculous. I'm genuinely surprised that no one is even trying to debunk all the conspiracy theories and blatant lies surfacing all around lol.

Yup I'm number 4 in the queue, but there has not been a single pny 3080 shipped by OC (think they had 2 3090's ) on sept 17th , which is when I ordered (got in about 4 pm).
They dont even have card to sell in USA. That's meant Nvidia is su.ck, they don't have enough GPU chip for AIB makeing their card, still now. But I think you will get yours soon at the end of this month.

I was trying to make the point that it's probably not actually discontinued, so don't read too much into what that website shows.

If they have re-engineered the power supply and the cooling fans, they might well have given the card a new SKU to differentiate new and old stock, therefore the old SKU would become obsolete, and the new one would then take its place.
