Well that's what I purchased, its published on their product Web page. As far as I'm concerned that's one of the reasons I got the card and as far as I'm concerned, that will be part of the contract of purchasing it.

If they challenge it, I think I've got an extremely good case....;)

Personally I'd want it in writing and not just the product page. Because the second that page is edited or amended some companies can screw you over.

your better off holding out for the 3090, why pay £200 less for half the ram, when the 3090's are back at msrp just by them, let the miners and scalpers buy up all these new cards and bide your time, hell grab one of amd new apu's to tide you over if need be :)

I doubt we will see much in the way of 3080s now when nvidia can sell the other cards on the GA102 for double the price.

In terms of supply I actually think the 3080ti will have decent availability at launch as they have been saving up these dies for a while now instead of cutting them for the 3080.
