NVIDIA make them all, they are all identical.

Differences will be warranty support, supplied software, box design etc.

True that. I managed to bag an XFX (ewwww) for ~ £570 on launch and great cards and a real powerhouse from AMD. Short supply soon had these at much higher prices though.

HAHAHA! If thats the case then I'm sorry but you mugs deserve all you get! jesus wept! Talk about lunacy. Why would you buy the more expensive one? Absolute CRAZY. Now wonder they take the pee with pricing. We must be the easiest bunch of fools to sell to in the world.

Difference is the Fury X was positioned as a top of the line card.

This is priced at 635, knowing full well there is a more powerful version of this card coming down the line.
 
I expected £600 so I'm not too shocked.

I'll take a 1070 thanks. That's just under double what i'm prepared to pay for a graphics card.

I think gamers generally are, look at what we are prepared to pay for hardware, digital game downloads, season passes, micro transactions, in game currency and this like that. Wave something new and shiny in our faces and we cant resist! :o
 
Have to say I'm getting a bit worried by everyone tearing into the Asus card lol. Why is it so bad, I've got an Asus card lol! I thought it looked the best lol.

Comparing my Fury X to my TX certainly didn't put it at "top of the line", it was quite a bit behind but still was a great card and like I said, a real powerhouse. The AIO coolers can't be cheap either.

As for your second line, we wait and then we wait and then we wait for the next best thing that is coming down the line always. When is it the right time to buy?
