NVIDIA GTX 970 OWNERS THREAD

That EVGA seems pretty overpriced at £320, I'd honestly rather buy this 780ti on offer than a 970 that was more expensive. Also get a free mat and a game you could sell for £20 making it a £280 purchase for what is still pretty much the 2nd fastest single card behind the 980.

My hearts set on a 970, plus games even at 1080p are creeping over 3gb of ram.

NVFlash with certifications disabled

1) Disable your display driver in Device Manager
2) Open a command prompt.
3) nvflash -6 yourrom.rom
4) Re-enable your display driver in Device Manger
5) Reboot

Hey guys, I was thinking about switching out my 7990 for a 970. The heat and noise is doing my head in, not to mention cfx issues. Would this be a stupid idea considering the cost and loss of performance?

I game at 1440p and I'm not really into mantle games too much.
