GTX 980's G1 are stonking, 2 of them SLI very well. Temps on top card still only about 72c on deep soak.
For the first time I can report no microstutter, no jittering or any issues. I really do think Gigabyte have done well by beefing up the VRM/PSU on this, it shows as the TDP on this card is 220W. I tried SLIing 780Ti's and i had issues, but I did have another motherboard at that time.

oc'd with +140MHz and +300MHz on ram.
These cards have lower ASICs of 68-71% which is interesting as this must be what is required to get well clocking cards I have found, leaky as it is referred to I think? Anyway very stable on air and easy overclocker and the cooler works well. No extra voltage applied.
Also Gigabytes fans this time around are MUCH better than the 780ti they did IMHO. Better quality and no noises.
Anyone looking for a card to pick, get the G1.
